Answer: Your main subscription runs on your plan’s renewal cycle. If you are consuming minutes and messages beyond the enterprise plan, you will be billed weekly on a Pay-as-you-go model for the additional usage. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please send us the dates of the charges and we’ll review your account right away.
Question: How much does Teli AI cost per month?
Answer: Teli offers three subscription packages, each comes with included messages for texting and minutes for dialing. When you use more than what each plan offers, you will be automatically upgraded to the next tier.
