Question: Do I need full admin access to setup Teli AI Integration?

Answer: No. As long as we have access to the integration layer or developer settings, we can complete setup. Admin access is helpful but not always required.

Question: What access does Teli AI need to integrate w/ my CRM?

Answer: We typically request API key access or a developer-level user credential (not full account access). This allows us to authenticate, push data, and verify connections securely.

Question: Once the CRM integration is set up, do I have to redo it for each campaign?

Answer: No. After initial setup, workflows are connected to your account and will automatically apply to future campaigns that meet the conditions and have integrations turned on.

Question: How long does a standard integration w/ Teli AI take?

Answer: Most CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce) take about 1–1.5 weeks to set up, depending on complexity. If you are technical yourself, you can also set up Teli integrations via Zapier rather quickly.

Question: How do I connect my CRM to Teli AI for lead pushing?
Answer: CRM integration is handled during a dedicated technical onboarding call. Teli AI engineers will set up workflows based on your use case (e.g., pushing leads after a successful call or based on sentiment). You can optionally also set up integrations using Zapier, enabling automation without requiring custom onboarding.

Question: Can leads be automatically pushed to CRM based on call results or sentiment?
Answer: Yes. Workflows can be built to trigger automatic lead pushing based on conditions like call success, sentiment detection, or other interaction results.

Question: Can Teli AI push leads to my CRM automatically?

Answer: Yes. Once a lead qualifies, Teli can automatically push the lead record, transcript, and status into your CRM — no manual handoff needed.

Question: What CRMs does Teli AI integrate with?
Answer: Teli integrates with major CRMs including Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Lodasoft, and many others. We also have a dedicated Zapier app to connect to over 10,000+ platforms, including webhook and API integrations.

Question: Do I need to remove my CRM’s native texting tool if I use Teli AI?
Answer: No. You can still use your CRM (e.g., Bonzo) for internal texting or workflows. Teli AI can act as a complementary layer, feeding qualified leads and conversation logs into your CRM while managing outreach via voice/SMS externally.

Question: Can Teli AI respect lead ownership when updating CRM records?
Answer: Yes. If your leads are assigned to specific reps or loan officers in your CRM, Teli can route follow-ups back to the original owner, rather than distribute them round-robin.

Question: Is Teli AI a CRM? Do I need my own?
Answer: Teli AI is not a CRM. You will need to use a third-party CRM to store and manage your leads. However, Teli does provide conversation transcripts and push-to-CRM features through supported integrations.

Question: When do I need to provide the DID numbers?

Answer: You only need them before running voice campaigns. You don’t need as many as you do for power dialers—just one or two in your most popular states is enough.

Question: Can Teli AI push conversation data into a CRM?

Answer: Yes. Teli AI can push extracted lead data, call summaries, and key fields into supported CRMs like Go High Level or via custom integration using Zapier, webhooks, or internal automation tools.

Question: Does Teli provide internal setup of CRM integrations, or do clients need to do it themselves?
Answer: Teli offers both options. Clients may set up CRM integration via plugins or Zapier, or request internal automation setup (labor fees may apply). The choice depends on the client's preferences and technical capacity.

Question: What happens if we don’t integrate a CRM with Teli?
Answer: You can manage leads manually inside Teli. Team members can be added to the same Teli account (no extra cost), and qualified leads can be reviewed using call duration filters and AI summaries. Leads can also be transferred between team members for manual follow-up.

Question: What’s required for CRM integration with a system that needs an NDA?
Answer: If the CRM requires an NDA for backend access, Teli is still able to integrate as long as the NDA is signed. This was confirmed by Anthony during the call. There’s no issue with NDAs on Teli’s side, and the integration process can be completed within a day once access is granted.

Question: Can Teli AI integrate with the dialer systems like Five9?

Answer: Yes. Teli can integrate with Five9 via an API endpoint that receives leads marked as missed or sent to voicemail. Once Five9 sends that disposition, Teli AI immediately triggers an SMS outreach to the lead and begins the follow-up process.

Question: What lead information is pushed into a CRM after a conversation?
Answer: Teli AI pushes the entire SMS thread, AI summary, and captured lead data (e.g. name, credit score, email) into the lead profile in the CRM. This appears in the mapped sections under the corresponding lead.

Question: Can leads from third-party data sources (e.g. House Canary) be used with Teli AI?
Answer: Yes. Clients can upload external lead lists and launch SMS campaigns within Teli AI. We recommend using data that has been DNC scrubbed and skip-traced, but Teli can support any lead source the client provides.

Question: Does Teli AI support warm transfers to a live agent?

Answer: Yes. Teli AI supports warm transfers, where a lead who is ready to talk is instantly connected to a human Loan Officer. The transfer occurs mid-conversation and can be configured alongside fallback options such as appointment scheduling. Nathan confirmed this was recently tested and functioning as expected.

Question: How do I connect my existing phone number to an AI agent?

Answer: You can either forward your current marketing number to the AI agent’s line or integrate it directly through simultaneous routing. Both methods allow the AI to answer inbound calls instantly and log caller data in the CRM.

Question: Can the AI voice agent and SMS agent share the same scheduling or calendar integration?

Answer: By default, voice and SMS agents operate independently. A shared calendar (e.g., Calendly) can be integrated into both, but each must be explicitly linked in setup. Calendar syncing is optional and should be configured only if both channels require unified appointment tracking.
