Teli Set Up Guide

Understand how Teli works and get started quickly.

Introduction

Teli AI leverage AI agents that call and text to automate businesses' marketing and customer engagement. Our proprietary platform allows millions of conversations to be had simultaneously over voice and text messaging, enabling clients to reach record numbers of opportunities and drastically decreasing churn. Here are a few steps to get started:

1. Creating AI Agents

When you first sign into Teli, you will land on the AI Agents tab. There, you can select from a variety of templates to get started. Depending on your use case, you can customize your agents by changing their language, accent, emotion, background noise, and more. 2. Uploading Contacts

If you would like to use Teli for outbound bulk marketing, you will need to first upload a list of contacts for the AI agents to call or message. Navigate to the Contacts tab, and create a new lead group. Once you name the lead group, you will be prompted to upload a .csv file. Please ensure that your .csv file contains a phone number column. After the upload is complete, you will be asked to map your column names to Teli's preset dynamic variables. 3. Starting Campaigns

With your AI agent and contact group all set up, you can deploying Teli AI at scale. If you would like to dial a large list of contacts or have your AI agent act as a voice-based receptionist, please refer to https://docs.teli.ai/teli-agents/teli-voice for set up videos. You will get transparent access to call history, sentiment analysis, and custom data from each conversation.
