Answer: To buy a phone number, go to Teli Voice, create a New Campaign, then select Buy phone number and enter your desired area code. Question: Can I use my existing phone number with Teli AI?
Answer: At this time, you cannot import an existing phone number into Teli. We provision new numbers for you based on your preferred area code and use those for your AI Voice and SMS campaigns.

Answer: For SMS and 10DLC/A2P registration, we’ll need:

EIN
Business address

Question: Is there a fee to register for SMS (10DLC/A2P)?
Answer: Yes. There is a one-time pass-through fee from our telephony provider to register your brand and campaign for compliant SMS sending.
Question: Do you help with writing prompts or scripts?
Answer: Yes. We provide a library of default agents and proven prompt templates. We can also help you tweak and customize prompts for your specific use case, offers, and objections.
Question: What systems can Teli AI integrate with?
Answer: We can integrate with most modern CRMs and tools that support webhooks, APIs, or Zapier (for example, GoHighLevel and similar platforms). If you’re unsure, just share what you’re using and we’ll confirm integration options.
Question: Can I change my prompts or flows later?
Answer: Absolutely. Prompts and flows can be updated anytime as your offers, processes, or preferences change. We actually recommend iterating over time based on performance.
Question: Can Teli AI live-transfer calls to my team?
Answer: Yes. We can configure your agents to live-transfer calls to you or your team once a lead is qualified or when the caller requests a real person.
Question: Can Teli AI book appointments on my calendar?
Answer: Yes. Teli AI can be connected to your calendar system (for example, Google Calendar or Cal.com) and book appointments based on your availability. The agent can also send confirmations and reminders via SMS, depending on your setup.
Question: Do you offer pre-built agents, or do I have to build everything from scratch?
Answer: We offer multiple pre-built, proven agents you can start with right away. From there, you can customize prompts, tone, questions, and flows to match your brand and process—either on your own or with our help.
